Project description
The AIM med projektet er at Investigate the potential of Raman spectroscopy anvende and Process Analytical Technology in the meat processing industry. Raman spectra in combi nation med multivariate data analysis bliver used for monitoring the physical and chemical changes occure att på meat processing. The project is collaboration mellom Department of Food Science and The Danish Meat Research Institute (DMRI).
