To engage in teaching on undergraduate/postgraduate programmes relating to crop science. This is likely to include aspects such as crop production; crop husbandry; crop protection; soil and environmental science. To contribute to the research profile of the department in these areas and to help to develop higher level skills in biotechnology and molecular science.
