Category B application form. The application form for candidates not applying for a scholarship. All applications must be complete by submission. Only one enclosure has an extended deadline: IELTS or TOEFL test report can be submitted at the latest 14 days after deadline. Thus, it will be a good idea to make the agreement with your test centre that they will be able to provide us with the report before this date. The test reports must always by sent from the test centre in question directly to the education institution, i.e. this Secretaiat. Please be aware that, due to the very many incoming applications, it is not possible to acknowledge the receipt of your application. If you wish to be sure that your application reaches this office before deadline, we recommend you to send it by courier’s bag. Once the assessment process has been concluded by the end of February, all applicants will be informed on the status of their application. Please note that we can not offer the service of returning your application documents after assessment. Self-financed students It is possible to be admitted, even though you are not awarded a scholarship. You will then have to cover EMFOL participatory costs yourself. If you finance your study yourself, you are allowed to study in the country of your last university degree. The application procedure is the same as described for scholarship students, and admission is based on the same academic criteria. EU-citizens can download the application form here. Important notice from the European Commission As of the academic year 2010/2011, the number of applications any student can submit is limited to maximum three Erasmus Mundus Programmes (both EMMC and EMJD). In the eventual case that a student applies to more than three EM Programmes, he/she will be excluded from the selection for an Erasmus Mundus Scholarship.
