1. Job Title: Relationship Managers (Rural Bank)

Total Positions: Multiple

Job Type: Permanent

Minimum Education: A university degree (preferably in agriculture) from an HEC Recognized Institute/University

Minimum Experience: 2 Years preferably ( Fresh Candidates can also apply).

Eligibility:

• Build relationship with customers for maintenance of healthy asset portfolio.
• Propose Agri. credit limits to the financially sound customers in the rural areas.
• Portfolio housekeeping to ensure quality agriculture credit portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit prospective customers for deposit mobilization and relationship management.
• Coordinate with supporting departments for early resolution of observations and queries .
• Effective execution of Agri Credit Product and Agri Credit Policy guidelines and strict observation of SBP Prudential Regulations.

2. Job Title: Manager Rural Sales

Total Positions: Multiple

Job Type: Permanent

Minimum Education: Preferably a Masters Degree (preferably Agriculture) in any discipline from an HEC recognized institute / university

Minimum Experience: Minimum experience of three (03) years.

Eligibility: 

• Build relationship with customers for maintenance of healthy asset portfolio.
• Propose Agri. credit limits to the financially sound customers in the rural areas
• Portfolio housekeeping to ensure quality agriculture credit portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• To liaison with DM – Rural and CH Rural for the effective application of all the policies and guidelines introduced from time to time.
• Coordinate with supporting departments (RCRM/RCAD/CPU/Product) for early resolution of observations and queries related to the credit proposals, customer account opening.
• Effective and sufficient execution of Agri Credit Product and Agri Credit Policy guidelines and strict observation of SBP Prudential Regulations.
