About the HBL League Management Trainee Program
In the HBL MTO 2019, the Selected Students From all Over Pakistan will be shifted to Karachi for a 6 Months training. After the Training, they will be shifted back to their respective cities to continue the HBL MTO Job.

The programme is primarily targeted for fresh graduates however we will accept candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

What is Online Assessment like?
The online assessment has been designed as a gamified simulation. The assessment takes into account cognitive ability as well as leadership competency factors. The online assessment will basically tell us about your personality and your aptitude.
How long is the online assessment? How much time do I have to complete it?
The game consists of an aptitude component, behavioral scenarios, and a case study. Approximate time to complete the game is 60-75 mins.
