Technology in Horticulture @ par with technology being used in iPhone & other stuffs…….Where we are going?………..many says it is pure without pesticides because it is being grown under green house……..what about energy source or carbon foot print…….answer was it is run by solar panels…….and about synthetic fertilizers…………only organic
sources r used………Sounds very good………..my question was what is the cost of this technology? cannot tell u the answer………..”it’s a rich man’s may be hobby”…….. interruption….no no…….the strawberry being produced in this method has a very good market……….yeh……..consumed by rich only isn’t it!………..I thought that how i m going to do it in Pakistan?………will i have enough money, technical support, manpower, infrastructure & other stuff including the irrigation system & inputs accordingly and the important one was where I’ll be sending these “Hanging Strawberries” to local markets where donkeys & horses r equal…….no body would pay me back what i invest……….so even @break even i’ll be begging in the streets…………sorry it’s not my cup of tea.
