The President Zarai Taraqiati Bank Ltd (ZTBL) Ihsanul Haq Khan formally inaugurated Treasury Department of ZTBL at Karachi, which was established with the approval of the Board of Directors of ZTBL in May 2012, says a press release issued on Monday.
On this occasion, the President congratulated and highly appreciated the efforts of the Treasury team for establishing and running successful treasury operations of the Bank in short span of time. The President said that it is milestone, which has been achieved in a very professional manner.
He also inaugurated RTGS system for Treasury operations and stated that this will pave the way for smooth and problem-free operations of the newly established treasury department and will also bring over all operational efficiency to ZTBL. The Treasurer of ZTBL also reiterated that newly established Treasury Department will add enormously in efficient and effective management of resources along with cash and liquidity management of the Bank. He also expressed his gratitude for Bank Management establishment of Treasury Department and the President Ihsanul Haq specially in implementation of RTGS system along with active contribution of Finance & Accounts Division and IT Division of the Bank.-PR
