The river Indus at Tarbela, river Chenab at Khanki and river Kabul at Nowshera are in low flood, Flood Warning centre said here on Sunday. It said the river Indus is in low flood at Tarbela with the discharge of 2,60,000 cusecs, in low-medium flood at Kalabagh and Chashma barrage. River Kabul is in low flood at Nowshera with the discharge of 67,800 cusecs. The river Chenab is in low flood at Khanki with the running water of 1,10,000 cusecs and at Qadirabad with the discharge of 87,000 cusecs.

Rain-thundershower associated with gusty winds is expected at isolated places of Kashmir, Upper Punjab including Islamabad (Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Lahore, Gujranwala divisions), KP (Malakand, Hazara, D.I.Khan, Kohat divisions). Weather will remain hot and humid in remaining parts of the country. Scattered rain-thundershower associated with gusty winds is expected in Kashmir, Upper KP (Malakand, Hazara divisions), Northeast Punjab (Islamabad/ Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, and Lahore divisions) and at isolated places in Sargodha, Kohat, Bannu, D.I. Khan, Peshawar divisions and Gilgit-Baltistan. Hot and humid weather is expected elsewhere in the country.
Rain-thundershower occurred at isolated places of Malakand, Zhob, Gujranwala, Lahore and Sargodha divisions. Weather remained hot and humid in other parts of the country.
