The Lahore High Court on Tuesday barred Livestock department administration from sacking contract employees of Dairy Development Laboratories and sought replies from the concerned authorities. The petitioner – employees through their counsel pleaded that Livestock department recruited class-IV employees in 19 districts on contract basis for three years. The counsel pointed out that the department had extended the contract of blue eyed persons while the rest of them were discriminated.
