Fauji Fertiliser Company Limited (FFCL) has completed the acquisition of Al-Hamd Foods Limited (AHFL) here on Thursday. According to notice issued by Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE), FFCL completed the acquisition of AHFL with the transfer of 100 percent shares of AHFL to FFCL together with management control through reconstitution of the Board of Directors of AHFL by introducing FFCL’s representatives in place of the previous directors.
