Water levels at Guddu, Sukkur barrages decrease

The water level at Guddu and Sukkur barrages decreased from very high flood to high flood level as the water flow in the Indus River has dropped by 1,00,000 cusecs in upper Sindh. According to latest Meteorological and Hydrological conditions observed by Flood Forecasting Division Lahore, River Indus at Taunsa, Guddu and Sukkur is in high flood level while River Indus at Tarbela, Kalabagh, Chashma, Kotri and River Kabul at Nowshera are in medium flood level. According to the PDMA water report, water flow in River Kabul at Nowshera was 102500 cusecs.
