Egyptian Government Fellowships for Training Courses in the Field of Agriculture for the Year 2012
Introduction:
The Egyptian International Centre for Agriculture (EICA), Government of Egypt, has offered fellowships training courses for the year 2012 for Pakistani Nationals in various fields of Agriculture. The applications, received in HEC, will be forwarded to the Economic Affairs Division, Islamabad. The salient features of the fellowship are as under:

Eligibility Criteria:
· Educational qualification, at least four years B.Sc degree in Agriculture.
· Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
· Medically fit (candidates have to submit medical report/ certificate)
· Three years of work experience in the subject of the course.
· Must be a Government Employee and apply through proper channel.
· Age below 45 years.
· The nominee’s Government (not HEC) will bear incidental expenses such as passport, visa processing fee and vaccination as well as payment of participant’s salary and emoluments during his / her training.
Host Institution:
The Egyptian International Centre for Agriculture (EICA)
Financial Benefit:
The government of Egypt will bear following expenses:
· Tuition cost.
· Full board accommodation.
· Free Medical care (excluding dental treatment and chronic diseases).
· Pocket money of 40 L.E per day
· Round Trip air ticket
· Transportation cost.

4. Attach Following documents with each application form, mentioned above:
a. IBCC & HEC Attested copies of certificates, transcripts and degrees.
b. Medical Certificate.
c. Evidence of Proficiency in English Language.
d. Statement regarding previous job experience.
e. Statement of purpose.
f. Proof of application forwarded through proper channel by your Govt. Institution / Organization.
